Hi Brenda, yes you can change the month to receive your first Grill Masters Club subscription box when logged into your member account. If you have any issues then please contact Member Services and someone from the team will be glad to do it for you. Note: since it is currently Holiday Season 2021 we recommend you contact Member Services immediately after purchasing your subscription to ensure we do not process your shipment on the same day you made you purchase your subscription. Q: I do not want this to ship until January 2022. Do you ship to Singapore?Asked by Jere W., December 2021
Yes we ship internationally, but additional shipping charges will apply. Also, you may be responsible for Customs charges in accordance with Singapore Customs guidelines. If you purchase a subscription after December 15 then your first shipment will be in January. If you purchase a subscription before December 15 then we recommend contacting our Member Services immediately to ensure that we do not process your December shipment and can move your first shipment date to January.

On the Rocks bourbon/ blood orange pepper is fantastic ….. dry marinated steak and chicken with it …. seared on a hot grill they were first class !!!

Terrible customer service. I ordered a 3 month subscription. The box never arrived, and I wrote FOUR emails to the customer service email listed on the website asking for help. I did not receive a response from them. Only after I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge did I hear anything from Grill Masters. I purchased this subscription as a gift, so this entire experience was embarrassing and frustrating

Received a broken shipment and won’t be replaced without a photo. Threw away glass bottles upon receiving so no one got hurt. Company asked for photo a week after I initially reported incident and no longer had bottle.
Hey Eric! I can see your replacement box was delivered on April 4. Our policy is to replace damaged items or boxes, regardless of whether we receive photo documentation. We only request photos of the damage because we have to submit proof to the carrier when we file a claim. Sorry that wasn't clear in our correspondence!

Killer Cooks & Big Bob Gibson
This box features a company you may have not heard of and a company that is known as a classic. Big Bob Gibson has been around for a long time and their White BBQ Sauce is a staple for BBQers. It is best on chicken. We paired that with a smaller company, Killer Cooks. They have some killer flavors with their Jamoca Grill Rub and Lower East Side Brisket Rub. As always we have our featured recipe included in the insert and more videos and recipes available for members.
