Q: I got an email saying a label was created for my order on 2/4/21. There has been no updates saying it has been picked up by fedex or is on its way. Where is my package?Asked by Marleah F., February 2021
This service is horrible. The tracking numbers never lead anywhere. The books take FOREVER to arrive. And it says in their advertisement that they ship via FedEx. Not true.
The shipping description isn't accurate. So i ordered on 2/28 and got my box around the third week of march. It seems like they ship on the 15th of each month and don't update the tracking number. Also it seems they use usps not fedx.
So your having issues with your rider to? My shipping label was created Thursday and I have had no update sense then.

The best time to order a Box for Christmas is on Thursday, December 16th. It will ship Friday, December 17th. Depending on the Carrier and how busy they are, it should make it by Christmas.

another shipment in the mail, almost three months later. We tried to find contact
information for this company, and we did, but it
