Netflix has tons of terrific titles in their list of new content available this February that you’ll be falling in love with all month long. While it’s always hard to say goodbye to the titles leaving Netflix, you won’t be feeling down for long once you get a good look at the impressive array of Netflix Original series coming to the platform to take their place. With everything from brand new titles to long-awaited continuations of fan favorites, Netflix’s diverse and delightful February 2023 premieres are sure to have something for everyone.
The streamer is set to help you celebrate the new month with premieres from highly-anticipated new shows across several different genres (so there’s truly something for everyone) like Freeridge, African Queens: Njinga, and Perfect Match.
While the list of February’s top shows features these brand new titles, there’s also plenty of fresh episodes and seasons from more established shows to look forward to that are streaming exclusively on Netflix starting this month. Keep an eye out in particular for You: Season 4, Part 1, Outer Banks: Season 3, and Aggretsuko: Season 5, which are already looking to be some of the most promising releases out of February’s entire streaming lineup.

'You': Season 4, Part 1

DESCRIPTION: Based on Caroline Kepnes’s novels series, You: Season 4, Part 1 continues to follow the obsessive stalking antics of charming psycho Joe Goldberg (Badgley), who has spent the past two seasons reinventing himself in Los Angeles, where his attempts to change his ways eventually go awry as Joe continues to leave chaos in his wake. By the end of Season 3, he grew so attached to new “true” love of his life Marienne (Gabrielle) that he decides to pick up and move across the pond to Europe in dogged pursuit of her.
The highly-anticipated fourth season of this psychological thriller picks up from there and promises no shortage of gripping drama and spine-tingling excitement, so be sure to keep an eye out for its exclusive premiere on Netflix this month.
'Outer Banks': Season 3

DESCRIPTION: After over a year and a half of waiting, Outer Banks is finally back with new episodes as its third season hits Netflix later this month. The action-adventure mystery teen drama series revolves around the conflict between two groups of teens, the wealthy seasonal resident “Kooks” and working-class local “Pogues”, in a coastal town along the Outer Banks of North Carolina. Season 3 ushers in brand new adventures that take the Pogues to the Caribbean and beyond, following the friends as they find themselves broke, far from home, and stuck on a deserted island, where they are swiftly pulled into a deadly rival’s hunt for a legendary lost city. 'The Upshaws': Part 3

'African Queens: Njinga'

DESCRIPTION: Celebrate Black History Month by watching African Queens: Njinga, a brand new Netflix Original docudrama which sets out to delve deep into the lives of different important and iconic African Queens throughout each of its seasons. The first season of this Jada Pinkett Smith executive produced title follows the life of complex and utterly captivating Njinga, the 17th century warrior queen of Ndongo and Matamba (AKA modern day northern Angola).

The show centers on Retsuko (Mendez), a single, 25-year old anthropomorphic red panda who works in accounting at a Japanese trading firm as she tries her best to make it as a young, working, and dating adult in 21st-century Japan.
Season 5 will see Retsuko aiming high as she runs for office in Japan’s parliament, and will also follow mild-mannered spotted hyena Haida (Diskin) in the aftermath of quitting his job as he is evicted from his apartment and forced to live in an Internet café, where he meets an influential figure in the art scene. Look forward to these superb storylines and more in the epic grand finale of Aggretsuko premiering this month on Netflix.
