Great question! Our pieces are high-quality and intended to last for years. We expect nothing less from them.
When I started this company nearly 7 years ago, I put alot into the R&D of our pieces. I, myself, have very sensitive skin and wanted to be extremely sure we were sending out quality from the get-go. We have served tens of thousands of customers throughout the years whom have ranted and raved about our pieces and their quality. That being said, over the 7 years we have been in business, we have had a small handful (no more than 10 -- about .03% of our customers) whom have very sensitive skin and have reacted to our pieces. Absolutely LOVE my first "box" and look forward to the next! I really like the gold choice too! It was perfect for the holidays. I did the "surprise me" because I love all the colors, but Gold prob goes the best with my hair color. I've gotten other subscription boxes and this one is prob my fav so far! I love the "inspiration" behind each piece. And best part is no "assembly required" haha. Just open and enjoy each month! I am going to have fun seeing what outfits go best with which! Also, fast shipping and cute packaging! Seems small when you get it, but it has a personal touch to it that makes it extra special.

2/3 wins. A matching necklace and earring set was adorable. A second necklace looks cheap and has imperfections on one side of what should be a smooth surface. Almost all the way there. It's good for rotating jewelry for going into office though.
The very first box I received had a broken necklace. I sent a message to the seller and they asked me for a picture. I replied with a picture of the broken necklace within 2 days. I never got a response. I figured that maybe they forgot to respond but were still going to send me the replacement necklace with my next shipment instead of send it immediately (quoting the postage increase) - but no, they never sent me a replacement for the broken necklace. I emailed them again. They said they NEVER GOT my email and to send a picture again. I sent them the image of the broken necklace again, and got no response, and actually had to send them THREE emails until they finally responded and they said sorry, they never got my emails?? I just don't understand how they can say they never got my emails - I'm sending through gmail and clearly there is evidence that I send them emails.... I even sent them the email print outs, which of course they never responded to. The customer service leaves a bad taste in my mouth. They straight up tell me "We actually never received a response from you" when I have the emails in my inbox, and I sent them the email pdfs that I sent to them.......
They did eventually send a replacement necklace (which looked nothing like the necklace that was initially broken - they sent a cheap looking all metal piece instead...

We are so sorry for any trouble. I'm not sure what is happening on the tech side of things, but we have not received some of the emails you mentioned here that you have sent. We are receiving emails without issue from other customers. When this has happened in the past, sometimes the files trying to be sent are too large for your email provider to send so the message never actually goes through. We advise splitting the emails up if you are sending multiple attachments to prevent deliverability issues. We did receive the email letting us know your necklace broke in shipping (we are so sorry about that! We do our best to package the pieces securely but understand sometimes the shipping process...
My first box. Looks good. I like all the pieces. I probably would not have chosen The black stones necklace, earrings but that is part of the fun of getting this for a gift! Getting something different!
